IMPORTANT:

The BeaterBlade mixing scraper does not replace the wire whip (whisk) that comes with your mixer. The wire whisk is an important tool for whipping cream, meringue, and items that require lots of tiny air bubbles. Never let go of your wire whip.

Do not operate BeaterBlade in an empty mixing bowl. It will skip and make noise. Add ingredients prior to mixing for smooth and quiet performance.
